Charts are motivational and they tell a story. They tell your clients where they stand compared to the average, as well as what kinds of changes have occurred through their training experience. Using our Circumference, Skin Fold, and Essential Charts, clients can easily understand where they started, and witness what changes have occurred in every area of their body over time.

Referencing these charts can illustrate for your client where they stand today compared to before and points like how much fat was lost, muscle gained, and how more metabolically active their body is due to their hard work. The charts are designed to tell a story of a persons journey to fitness. Depending upon data entered the charts graph weeks, years and even decades of history.
