Using the information presented in your clients Body Check Report and Essential Charts you can plan a fitness regime for them based on scientific fact. The interactive graph designed here allows you to input health goals for each of your clients, including protein, carbohydrate, and fat intake, as well as how many days of cardio and strength training they will be doing for calorie expenditure. You then can modify those numbers to achieve your desired body fat goal in a desired time frame.

1. First, determine your body fat goal. Here you'll decide with your client how many pounds of body fat they should lose and how much lean mass they should gain.

2. Then, in the Fuel check plan you'll determine the optimal grams of protein, carbs, and fat your clients should consume per day.

3. Plan their weekly cardio and strength training routine and input the number of calories likely to be burned per workout.

4. The results are automatically calculated giving you a real-time look at how many days it will take for your client to reach their goal.

Remember, at any time you can run a quick and comprehensive BodyCheck Report for your client and either print it out right there, or have allow them to retrieve it from their home computer via a secure login name and password. This BodyCheck Report is illustrated with color coded bars for body fat percent, density, BMI, and waist to hip ratio, and a pie chart of lean and fat mass so you can see at a glance how you stack up against the recommended healthy numbers.
