Body Evolver's Cardio Circuit Training
Better than conventional aerobics classes, our trainers will give you a true ”power lunch“ that doesn't just burn calories, but strengthens and tones your body.
- Convenient 45 minute classes at noon Monday through Friday
- More targeted training than traditional aerobics classes
